Bestway Service Center is the official partner of the manufacturer, authorized to offer warranty support and conduct diagnostics, without the need for specialized expert organizations, throughout the warranty period. Warranty support includes providing consumers with replacement components or parts for the main product, which they can install independently to replace any components found to have defects in quality and workmanship during the warranty period, provided that the product is used in accordance with the guidelines contained in the owner’s manual.

1. General warranty conditions

  1. The relationship between the Buyer and the Seller is governed by the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights Protection
  2. The warranty period depends on the type of product. To check the warranty period and whether a particular type of product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the “Warranty Periods” table below.
  3. This warranty policy applies only to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. Since the Seller can set a different warranty period independently from the manufacturer, before contacting the Service Center, please make sure the manufacturer’s warranty applies to the product; otherwise, please contact the Seller directly.
  4. The Service Center is authorized to eliminate for free, as part of the warranty service, any manufacturing defects that occurred before the product was delivered to the consumer, provided that the buyer has complied with the storage, transportation and operation requirements established by the manufacturer.
  5. If the defects are eliminated by replacing a part or component of the complex product with the respective new part or component, the warranty period for replacement part or component expires simultaneously with the warranty period of the main product.
  6. The manufacturer’s warranty is not provided in the following cases:
     
    • The product has been subjected to unauthorized repairs in violation of the manufacturer’s requirements and safety standards.
    • Defects are caused by violation of operating guidelines, improper installation, connection, adaptation to the buyer’s local technical conditions, storage and transportation rules.
    • The product is damaged as a result of aggressive environmental conditions (hail, thunderstorm, etc.), force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) or accidental external factors (voltage surges in the power supply network, etc.).
    •  The product has extensive mechanical or electrical damage.
    •  Damage is caused by ingress of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or animals inside the product.
    •  Use of consumables that do not meet the operating requirements.
    •  The product must be stored and operated according to the technical guidelines in the owner’s manual.

2. Warranty claim process

  1. The customer is entitled, within the warranty period, to approach the service center for free elimination of manufacturing defects, provided the product operating guidelines have been met.
  2. In case the consumer requests replacement of the product and/or termination of the contract, it should be taken into account that the service center is not authorized by the manufacturer to handle such claims; the consumer should contact the entity that is authorized to handle such claims by virtue of the law.
  3. Before calling for service, make sure the product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. For the list of products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and the respective warranty periods, please refer to the “Warranty Periods” table below.
  4. The consumer’s claim for elimination of a manufacturing defect under warranty can be submitted to the Service Center in the following manner:

By writing to this address and providing personal data, you consent to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data, subject to the terms and for the purposes set out in the Consent to Personal Data Processing.

  1. A consumer’s warranty claim shall be registered in the Service Center only if it includes mandatory information, such as:
  • Full name
  • contact information (phone number and e-mail)
  • address, including postal code
  • client’s claim and problem description
  • seller’s company name
  • product category
  • photo or scanned copy of the document confirming the product purchase date (receipt, bill of sale)
  • photo of the serial number and SKU number of the product
  • photo or video showing the defect and the overall appearance of the product
  • consent for personal data processing
  1. If the consumer’s warranty claim does not contain the above information, the Service Center shall be entitled to refuse warranty support.
  2. After receiving the initial warranty claim indicating the presence of a defect, the service center specialist will provide feedback to the customer, including request for additional information.
  3. When filing the claim, the consumer must grant consent to personal data processing, in accordance with the Law on Personal Data, subject to the terms and for the purposes defined in the Consent to Personal Data Processing posted on this website. 
  4. To withdraw the Consent to Personal Data Processing, you can also write to service@bestwaycorp.XXX
    If you are withdrawing your Consent to Personal Data Processing, the processing of personal data will be terminated, and personal data destroyed, within 30 days from the application receipt date.
  5. The time period for processing a consumer’s claim for warranty service is ten (10) days.

3. Warranty Service Process

  1. Warranty service includes free elimination manufacturing defects that occurred before the product was delivered to the consumer, provided that the buyer has complied with the storage, transportation and operation requirements established by the manufacturer.
  2. The consumer gets to keep the defective parts or components that have been replaced in the course of warranty service, and is responsible for disposing of them properly.
  3. In exceptional cases, the Service Center reserves the right to request that the consumer send the product to the Service Center, in which case the consumer shall cover the costs of sending the product to the Service Center.
  4. The warranty support is considered to be completed when the parts or components are sent to the consumer by the Service Center.
  5. Upon agreement with the consumer, the component to be replaced under warranty may be sent by the service center directly to the consumer or to the Seller.

4. Miscellaneous

  1. The Service Center does not send its employees to the Seller or the consumer in order to establish the cause of the product defect. All communication between the Service Center and the seller is carried out only under a duly executed warranty claim.
  2. The Service Center does not send its employees to the Seller or consumer to replace a component part or part of the product within the scope of warranty support. Installation of the component does not require any special skills and is done by the consumer or the Seller.
